Returns & Exchanges

Bracelets, belts, and custom orders – Due to the nature of the business, being each item is handmade, refunds and exchanges cannot be given if they do not fit you properly. This is simply because they are customized to the sizes that YOU provided in your order. You are responsible for making sure the sizes given are correct in each order you make. This means that ALL sales are final. Please note this is also stated on our Esty Shop pre R&E policy.

Keychains, Lanyards, Zipper Pulls, Rosaries, (Stocked Items only/No Custom Items) – If for some reason, you are simply not happy with one of the (Keychains, Lanyard, Zipper Pull, Rosary), you may send it back for a refund of the cost of the item if approved by shop owner pending photo and as long as it’s not used and in its original condition minus shipping cost as long as it’s within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days will result in no refund. You are responsible for shipping your item back along with shipping fees.

Missing Orders

Always make sure you provide a USPS verified address in your order. Each customer is emailed a USPS tracking number, once the item is shipped and marked “Delivered” we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Sometimes the USPS marks packages delivered early in their system. Customers may have to wait 1-2 business days before their order is really delivered. If you have not received your item after this time, please contact your local courier directly and file a claim. If you feel your package has been stolen please contact your local law enforcement to file a report. We do not issue refunds or send replacements for lost or missing packages.

Sizing

Please follow the sizing instructions located in the listing pictures. If followed correctly your bracelet will fit perfectly. Please understand (5 inches is very small and 12 inches is very large.) Please make sure you select the correct size when ordering. If you have questions about your size please contact us before you purchase your bracelet!

Many people like to add a 1-inch so it is not too tight or snug.

**Please note when sizing your bracelets we size from the female buckle to half the male end as the tip is not included when sizing. This may look like your bracelet is 1/2 a size larger than it really is. Here is a photo for an example.

Bracelets

Ordered size too small – If you mistakenly ordered your bracelet too small sometimes you can stretch them to fit. You can stretch most bracelets over a water bottle allowing it to add 1/2 to 1 inch in length. It is important to always order the correct size bracelet in the beginning.

Ordered size too large – 550 Paracord Bracelets will shrink if put in boiling water for 10 to 15 seconds. Please note this does not always work but many people have found this to work great for those who may have ordered their bracelet 1/2 to 1 inch too large. Again this is why it’s important to always order the correct size bracelet in the beginning.

Buckles – When ordered each bracelet is individually inspected after being handmade to assume, the correct size and buckles are in working order. We are not responsible for customers who put buckles on incorrectly or are unable to open the buckle. Our bracelets are made with a strong 550lb survival paracord. Bracelets are made to last and very durable. We do not recommend our bracelets for those who may deal with weakness in the hands or who may be unable to open the buckles.
